Description

Engineered specifically for coffee bean sorting, the HS-G Premium efficiently handles both green and roasted beans, including Arabica and Robusta varieties. Powered by advanced optical technology and intelligent sorting algorithms, the system precisely removes defective beans such as black, moldy, insect-damaged, immature, unhulled, and burnt beans, as well as foreign impurities like stones — achieving a purity rate of up to 99.9%.



The HS-G Premium Series is equipped with high-resolution CCD cameras exceeding 5,400 pixels, enabling the detection of even the slightest color differences, including subtle defects such as unhulled beans and early-stage moldy beans. Combined with Henning Saint's proprietary software algorithms, the system helps customers achieve a “zero black bean” sorting standard, meeting the most demanding quality requirements of the coffee industry.



To further enhance performance, the HS-G Premium can be equipped with a next-generation dust removal system, significantly reducing airborne dust during operation while improving sorting accuracy, equipment stability, and overall working conditions.
