Olive Pomace Oil: A blend of refined olive pomace oil and virgin olive oils which continues to maintain the beneficial properties of olive oil. It is used for frying as it has the ability to withstand high temperatures. It is common for industrial usage and cosmetic manufacturers.

Refined Olive Pomace Oil: Oil obtained from crude olive pomace oil by refining methods which do not lead to alterations in the initial glyceridic structure.
