After harvesting, each product is processed according to strict NID standards by our team and then packaged in attractive containers designed to maintain freshness and appeal to consumers on store shelves. From soups to pasta, cream chantilly to cold beverages, chocolates to puddings, and from meat and chicken marinades to spices, we bring all imaginable flavors from the shelves to your table. While some of the raw materials used in spice production are sourced from India, Vietnam, and other countries, 70% of our products are grown in the fertile lands of Azerbaijan. Our products is production utilizes raw materials sourced directly from our fields,ensuring that only the freshesht and most natural ingrefients are used. NID company owns more than 14 acres of farmland and over 5 acres of gardens. The quality of the soil and the climate in the region make it an ideal area for growing numerous plant species like mint, bay leaves, saffron, coriander, thyme, rose hips, rosemary, barberry, lavender, and oregano. As a result, we are a perfect example of how advanced agricultural practices can lead to the production of high-quality products that can be used both locally and internationally. The harvested produce from the fields and gardens is an essential part of our business. We take great care to wash and sterilize them with special agents that help maintain their safety and cleanliness for consumption. After this process, the produce is taken to drying halls to be dried. The use of natural wood as fuel during the drying process ensures that no additional chemicals or preservatives are added, preserving the product's quality. The dried products are then taken to the production area. Here, with strict adherence to hygiene rules, all surfaces and equipment are disinfected with food-grade sanitizers, and the safe production process begins. After careful washing with special agents and natural drying methods, the products are sent to production in sterile environments. They are then packaged in aesthetically appealing and eye-catching packaging to appeal to our customers.
