The roasting plant is the place where coffee acquires value, aroma and fragrance. In the Torrefazione the raw coffee is “roasted” and brought into the world. The care, passion and maniacal attention of Antonio and Gianluca is in every grain: “a grain for the head they had " We work with raw coffee of selected and certified quality, coming from the typical production areas. The different types of coffee are roasted separately and mixed and only after the roasting is followed personally in our ROASTING LABORATORY We create and test the mixes in the so-called “blending” phase. Our way of working is manual and creative, it allows us to use for the same blend coffees of different quality and value that, having been roasted separately, make and preserve unique taste and aroma. The coffee, remains to mature at a controlled temperature in the silos to be bagged in atmosphere, and bagged in beans or ground in packages with aroma-saving valve that guarantees its good conservation. Enthusiasm and experimentation make Antonio and Gianluca's work "fun"; in the roasting plant aromas and scents spread from the roasting laboratory to the store; you can perceive a beautiful context: everything happens for the choice of love and to do with passion what you create.
