Standard procedure for implementation :
1. The Buyer might be required to send a letter of interest to our PT. In order to inquire about the specification of thermal coal required
2. Our PT Is willing to respond to FCO inquiries based on buyer inquiries.
3. The buyer must prepare a draft contract once the FCO and price have been accepted and agreed upon by both parties
4. The Buyer has the right to gather data from ADP's for further processing.
5.An Electronic signature might be allowed for the first steps of processing.
6. The Buyer or representative has right to come and visit our site to prove the kind of specification by bringing their independence, if necessary.
7. Once everthing is approved, the agreement must be notarized.
